Hush is a private AI chat platform providing access to an AI assistant with strong privacy protections, designed for legitimate personal, professional, and business use by individuals who value privacy.

• Hush is not a tool for illegal activity.
• Hush is not a guaranteed shield from lawful legal process.
• Hush is not an end-to-end encrypted messaging app.

You agree to use Hush only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use Hush to:

• Plan or carry out illegal activity
• Harass or harm individuals
• Generate content that exploits minors
• Engage in fraud
• Violate any applicable law

Hush provides strong privacy protections including AES-256-GCM encryption. For maximum anonymity we strongly recommend using Hush with a VPN and an anonymous account. Messages are processed via the Anthropic API to generate responses.

• Free tier includes 10 messages per day at no cost.
• Hush Pro is $39 per month with unlimited messages.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew until cancelled.
• You may cancel anytime from billing settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase for new subscribers only.

Hush is operated as a sole proprietorship.

Hush may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their account anytime using the Wipe All Data feature.

Hush is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

Hush liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
