Refund Policy

Free tier
The Hush Free tier costs nothing. There is nothing to refund.
Pro subscription — 7-day refund guarantee
If you subscribe to Hush Pro and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase. This applies to first-time Pro subscribers only.
- The 7-day window begins at the moment your payment is confirmed.
- Refund requests received after 7 days are not eligible.
- The guarantee applies once per customer.
How to request a refund
- Email support@hush-ashy.vercel.app with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include the email address associated with your Hush account.
- We will process eligible refunds within 5 business days.
- Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Bank processing times vary (typically 5–10 business days).
Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the Billing page inside the app.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- You retain Pro access until your billing period ends.
- Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund unless you are within the 7-day window.
- Your data and conversations are not deleted when you cancel — you remain in control of deletion.
Renewal charges
Hush Pro subscriptions auto-renew monthly. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date. Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed unless there was a billing error on our part.
Billing errors
If you were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong amount, or charged after cancellation), contact us at support@hush-ashy.vercel.app and we will investigate and correct any error promptly.
